We remind you that a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments (valid for our category) of 3,00 € per person/per day. (Except children up to 14 years)
The prices are for week/apartment and number of persons including: all energy costs water, electricity, gas, heating, tourist tax, final cleaning, parking, Sat - TV, bed linen, WIFI. For reservation requires a deposit of approx. 25% of the rental price.
The amount is to secure the contract and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Check in/out: The apartments are available from 14.00 on arrival day. - and have to be vacated within 10.00 am on departure day.
The payment can be done by cash, cheque or bank transfer. (we do not accept credit cards).
